Scope of work depends on the selected plan.

3. No Guaranteed Results

We implement proven systems and strategies, but we do not guarantee specific results such as leads, conversions, or revenue.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Approve required assets (ads, templates, etc.)
  • Use services in compliance with platform policies

5. Payments

  • All fees are payable in advance unless stated otherwise
  • Monthly plans must be renewed to continue services
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

6. Third-Party Costs

  • Ad spend is paid directly by the client
  • WhatsApp API and messaging charges are usage-based
  • These are separate from Bizznexa service fees

7. WhatsApp & Platform Policies

We use official APIs and approved methods.
However, Bizznexa is not responsible for account restrictions, bans, or policy changes by platforms.

8. Intellectual Property

All systems, workflows, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of Bizznexa unless otherwise agreed.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bizznexa is not liable for:

  • Business losses
  • Missed opportunities
  • Platform-related issues

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with prior notice.
No refunds apply for already delivered services.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of updated terms.
